How to use
これから慈愛の心を育むためのエクササイズをしましょう。慈愛の心の種は、皆の心の中に必ずひそんでいます。その種を育てることで穏やかな気持ちでいられる時間が増えます。
- Choose a quiet and comfortable space for the exercise.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes, taking deep and slow breaths to calm the mind.
- Recall a person close to you and mentally send them good wishes of well-being and happiness.
- Extend these wishes to yourself and then gradually to others in your life, including those you may have difficulties with.
- Continue to extend these feelings of loving kindness to all beings, known or unknown, wishing them peace and happiness.
- Repeat this exercise regularly to strengthen the feelings of compassion and loving kindness within.
